PACS imaging platform with secure single sign-on
Deployed a web-based PACS for storing and viewing medical images, secured with a centralised Keycloak identity server so every radiologist, clinician and admin signs in once with the right permissions.

The challenge
Imaging staff needed browser access to studies from different locations, without shared passwords or separate logins for each system — and with a clear record of who accessed which patient images.
What we did
- Installed and configured a web-based PACS for DICOM storage and viewing
- Deployed Keycloak as a central identity provider (OpenID Connect single sign-on)
- Set up role-based access for radiologists, referring clinicians and administrators
- Secured all access over HTTPS with audit logging of sign-ins
- Hosted, monitored and maintained the platform
