The challenge
Studies were burned to CDs and couriered between branches. Reports took up to three days and images were regularly lost.
What we did
- Deployed a vendor-neutral PACS with on-site caches at each branch
- Integrated 6 modalities with DICOM worklists
- Set up rule-based routing to on-call and remote radiologists
- Delivered a zero-footprint web viewer for referring doctors
