Specialist practice
Healthcare IT & Teleradiology
Hospitals and imaging centres in Kenya lose hours to CDs, USB sticks and unreachable radiologists. We implement and support PACS, DICOM routing and teleradiology workflows so studies are stored safely, read quickly and reported back to clinicians — whether the radiologist is down the corridor or in another county.
Faster turnaround
Studies route automatically to the right radiologist — cutting report times from days to hours.
Read from anywhere
Secure, zero-footprint web viewers let specialists report from any county or country.
Patient data protected
Encryption in transit and at rest, audit trails and access controls aligned with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.
Fits your existing kit
Vendor-neutral integration with CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and mammography from any manufacturer.
The teleradiology workflow
How a study travels — securely — from scanner to signed report.
- 01 · Acquire
Modality captures the study
CT, MRI, X-ray or ultrasound pulls patient details from the worklist — no retyping, no mismatched names.
- 02 · Store
PACS archives securely
Images are stored on-site and replicated to an encrypted off-site archive for safekeeping.
- 03 · Route
Smart routing to the right reader
Rules send each study to the correct radiologist by modality, urgency or body part — on-call or remote.
- 04 · Report
Report flows back to the clinician
Signed reports return to the HIS/EMR and referring doctor, with images available in the browser.
Who we serve
Right-sized for every facility
Start small and grow — the same platform scales from a single X-ray room to a regional imaging network.
Hospitals
Multi-department PACS, HIS integration and hospital-wide networks.
Imaging centres
High-volume routing, multi-branch archives and remote reporting.
Clinics
Compact PACS with web viewing for X-ray and ultrasound.
Radiology groups
Teleradiology worklists to read for many facilities at once.
Patient data, protected by design
Medical images are sensitive personal data under Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019. Every deployment includes:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/VPN) and at rest
- Role-based access with full audit trails
- Automated backups with tested restores
- Data processing agreements & local hosting options
- Local-first design that keeps working when the internet doesn’t
- Uptime monitoring and a clinical support line

PACS imaging platform with secure single sign-on
Deployed a web-based PACS for storing and viewing medical images, secured with a centralised Keycloak identity server so every radiologist, clinician and admin signs in once with the right permissions.
Read case studyTeleradiology network for a multi-branch imaging centre
Connected three imaging branches to a central PACS so remote radiologists can report CT and X-ray studies within hours.

Common questions
Can you work with the scanners we already have?
Yes. Any DICOM-capable modality can send to the PACS. For older equipment we use DICOM gateways or film digitisers.
What happens if the internet goes down?
We design for local-first operation: studies are stored and viewable on-site, then sync to the cloud or teleradiology partner when the link returns. We also set up backup connectivity.
Is cloud PACS allowed for patient data in Kenya?
Yes, with the right safeguards. We help you meet the Data Protection Act 2019 requirements — data processing agreements, encryption, access control and, where needed, in-country hosting.
Do you support small clinics as well as hospitals?
Yes. A single-modality clinic can start with a compact PACS and web viewer, then grow into a full multi-site setup.
